Country Fried Steak Montana Style

My friend Shana made chickem/country fried steak. She's a vegetarian but she knows how to cook meat well!! Actually the recipe is from her mom who is from Montana. Double dipped panko crust ftw!! She made a meat and veg one...I had one of each.
