UBI Day 5 11/14/08
Finally a cloud free day. A couple shots of the tubing supply at UBI (Columbus, Dedaccai, and Kaisei) along with drawers and drawers of lugs. A shot of my workbench #5 with my fork in the anvil fork jig ($850). Here is my fork after brazing and cleaning...came out pretty good, definately straight and strong. Found "Friday Fixed" on Craigslist, Ashland's fixed gear ride. Met them, Emerick, Luke, and Mack at the Lithia Park fountain at 6pm. They are a couple of real nice guys who can really mash around town. Finally found a decent cheap eat which was only two blocks from my motel. Mihama Teriyaki Grill,it's a Japanese style restraurant which reminded me of Sesame Chicken from Fasion Island (for the OG's). Good food, great price, and their moto is "closed on weekends for family time."
